I am  a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Registered Nurse specializing in individual, and family therapy with a specific focus on parents and children and infant sleep difficulties.

I have over 35 years experience in mother and baby health and 8 years experience as a therapist. I am a graduate of New York University School of Nursing where I specialized mothers and children and Loyola University School of Social Work where I studied individual, child and family therapy, I am currently adjunct faculty at Loyola University School of Social Work and a private practitioner specializing in individuals, babies, children and family.

As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, my therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
